This amendment is raised to delete items 336 and 337 of Annex B - BASIS OF PAYMENT for the two regions of Port-Cartier and the province of Quebec. Please do not provide a price for these two items. No new Annex B is included in this amendment. PLEASE refer to the solicitation document version 001.

DESCRIPTION:
This request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) involves the provision, on a as and when ordered basis of Kosher meals.
IDENTIFIED USERS:
The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer include any government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 in the province of Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:
From date of issue to May 31, 2019, divided in two (2) periods. Please see Annex B calendar for closing dates.
REGIONS:
There are 2 distinct regions. An offer may be submitted for one or the other or both regions.
-Region 1 : Province of Québec (Montréal, Québec (Donnacona) and La Macaza);
-Region 2 : Port-Cartier.
STANDARDS:
All products must comply with the Food Quality Specifications (FQS) detailed in Annex A and outlined below:

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER, OFFERS TRANSMITTED BY FACSIMILE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.
SECURITY:
Certain security measures apply for deliveries to the institutions of Correctional Service Canada.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Basis of Payment - List of Products.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $600,000.00 for the period from date of issue to May 31, 2019 inclusive.
