Request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to supply various hardware products specified in Annex A (Products and Discounts), on an as-and-when required basis, to be delivered FOB destination to various Federal Departments and Agencies located in the province of Quebec.
Period: For a two (2) year period, from October 1st, 2016 to September 30th, 2018, plus a possible optional one (1) year period, from October 1st, 2018 to September 30 th, 2019.

The suppliers will be selected following an evaluation based on technical and financial criteria specified in the Statement of requirement included in the Request for Standing Offer.
The offerer must be an authorized distributor/dealor for at least 40% of the trademarks listed in Annex B (Manufacturer List). Only the firm discounts for the trademarks for which theofferer is an authorized distributor will be accepted and evaluated.
Canada anticipates to issue up to 4 standing offers, based on the most advantageous firm discounts, to suppliers who are qualified in accordance with all mandatory requirements stated in this Request for standing offer.
This request is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), of Canada Free Trade Agreements with Peru/Colombia/Panama, of the Agreement on the Internal Trade (AIT) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
All inquiries and othercommunication regarding this Request for Standing Offer must be sent, in writing, only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offer.
