Government of Canada is moving its Government Electronic
Tendering Service from MERX to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders on June
1, 2013
Starting June 1, 2013, federal government tenders (tender
notices and bid solicitation documents) will be published and
available free of charge on a Government of Canada Web site on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

After June 1, 2013, all tenders and related documents and
amendments will be on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
On June 1, 2013, suppliers must go to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders
to check for amendments to any tender opportunities that they
have been following on MERX prior to June 1.

REGIONAL MASTER STANDING OFFER - RMSO
VARIOUS HARDWARE PRODUCTS

Request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to supply
various hardware products specified on Annex A- Products and
Discounts, on an as-and-when-required basis, to be delivered to
various Federal Departments and Agencies located in the Province
of Quebec for the period starting from July 1st 2013 to June 30,
2015 with a possibility of an optional period of (1) one year,
as the herein requirements mentioned in the RFSO.

NOTE - All the mandatory technical evaluation critaria,
products, manufacturers (trademarks) and estimated value of each
items are detailed in the Request for Standing Offer, available
through MERX.
The offerer must be an authorized distributor/dealor for at
least 40% of the trademarks listed in Annex B - Manufacturer
List , listed in the Request for Standing Offer. Only the firm
discounts for the trademarks for which you are an authorized
distributor/dealer, will be accepted.
It is Canada's intention, if possible, to issue one or multiple
standing offers to suppliers who are qualified in accordance
with all the requirements stipulated in the RFSO, based upon the
advantageous firm discounts for all the items listed in Annex A
