AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 24, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to obtain media monitoring services in accordance with Annex Statement of Requirement for the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA). The Offerors who have pre-qualified in the following streams under the Supply Arrangement will be invited to submit an offer: Stream 1: Online News Monitoring and Analysis, Stream 4: Broadcast Media Monitoring and Stream 5: Transcripts, Audio and Video Clips.
