NATIONAL FILM BOARD, Tenant Fit-Up, Government of Canada
Building - Moncton, N.B.

The work involves the base building modifications and new office
fit-up construction for the tenant National Film Board of Canada
(NFB), approximately 162m2 (useable), located on the first floor
of the Government of Canada Building located at 1081 Main
Street, Moncton, N.B. In general this includes but is not
limited to demolition, base building modifications, construction
of offices, rooms, special purpose space, communication systems,
security systems, and work as identified on the construction
drawings and specifications as well as any additional minor work
items for construction or assembly identified on various
correspondence and drawings provided at any time during
construction. The construction includes interior architectural,
plumbing and mechanical work, as well as construction in support
of communication cabling and communication equipment
installations, security system cabling and equipment
installations. Coordination of work with all sub-contractors
including a separate security contractor and communication
cabling contractor is included.

The fit-up construction work shall be completed by September 25,
2015. The communication room construction requires completion
by August 28, 2015 to permit the installation of communication
cabling and equipment. The successful contractor will be
required to separate base building and fit-up construction costs
in the tender amount and for actual construction costs.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for Project Number R.064333.001 forming part of
the bid document

June 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.

Contractors to report at the Commissionaires desk at the 1045
Main Street entrance at 10:00 a.m.

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $100,001 - $250,000.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by September
25, 2015.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

A Public bid opening will be held at 189 Prince William Street,
Room 405, Saint John, New Brunswick.
