Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), has a requirement for
the services of qualified personnel to provide land and conduct
field experiments on an as and when required basis in Manitoba,
South East Saskatchewan and Central Saskatchewan as outlined in
the Statement of Work.

It is anticipated that multiple Standing Offer Agreements per
SOA period result from this Request for Standing Offer.

The period of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is from
issuance of the Standing Offer to 31 July 2013 with Canada
retaining an irrevocable option to extend the SOA for an
additional two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
