Revision 001 is being raised to correct certain SACC Manual
clause references.

Notice of Proposed Procurement Amendment 001 is being raised to
modify the list of associated GSINs (Goods and Services
Identification Number). All specifications of the requirement
remain unchanged and are detailed in the Request For a Standing
Offer document. The types of wood required are Certified Heat
Treated spruce and STD plywood.
Standing Offer - Heat Treated Wood
Provide, as and when required, construction lumber heat-treated
in accordance with ISPM (International Standards for
Phytosanitary Measures) No. 15 for Wood Packaging, as it is used
primarily for the packaging of material to be stored or shipped
throughout Canada and the world, to the 25 Canadian Forces
Supply Depot of the Department of National Defence Montreal
Garrison (Quebec).
Period of the Standing Offer: One (1) year starting from the
date of standing offer issuance with two (2) options to extend
for a period of one (1) year each.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
