Standing Offer Agreement, Tools and Equipment - Rental, CFB
Gagetown , New Brunswick
The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, New Brunswick has a requirement for the establishment
of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Rental of
Tools and Equipment on an as and when requested basis in
accordance with the Specification Job No. L-G2-9900/1668 dated
2014-09-10 for the period from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2017
inclusive.
A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors
should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any
amount of the standing offer will be called-up.
The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $250,001 - $500,000 (HST extra)
Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.

The offeror must provide a price for ALL (117) items and all
units of issue (day, week, month) listed in Annex B - Pricing
Sheet - Pricing is required for each year as follow:
Year 1 - 01 April 2015 to 31 March 2016, and
Year 2 - 01 April 2016 to 31 March 2017.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
