Government of Canada is moving its Government Electronic
Tendering Service from MERX to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders on June
1, 2013
Starting June 1, 2013, federal government tenders (tender

Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

Flooring Standing Offer, Department of National Defence, 19 Wing
Comox, Lazo, BC
Work Description:
Work under this standing offer includes the furnishing of all
labour, material, tools, supervision, travel and equipment
required to install, repair and maintain floor coverings and
associated base coving as and when requested by Dept. Of
National Defence, 19 Wing Comox, Lazo, BC. The standing offer
includes underlay, carpeting, sheet flooring, tile, vct tile,
baseboards and other related products. Work to be performed at
19 Wing Comox and HMCS Quadra.
Period of Standing Offer: The period for placing call-ups
against the Standing Offer shall be from date of award to to 31
May, 2016.
It is anticipated that 1 standing offer will be issued. The
total expenditure is $245,000.00 (Applicable taxes included).
THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Your company and your employees shall require a Reliability
Status Security Clearance. Clearance paperwork shall be
accomplished between PWGSC and Canadian Industrial Security
Division (CISD) and the successful contractor.

Firm intending to submit proposals for this project should
