The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer
(RISO). This Standing Offer is for the provision of all labour,
material, tools, and equipment required to carry out paint
repairs, complete or partial on interior or exterior areas in
various Base and Training Area Buildings as and when requested
from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2015. The location of the work
is CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, N.B. All work is to be completed on
an "as and when required" basis in accordance with Annex "C"
Specification. All work is to be performed in accordance with
the Specification for DND Job No. L-G2-9900/1600 forming part of
the bid document, on an as and when requested basis.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $100,001.00 - $250,000.00 (HST extra). Bid
security is not a requirement for this tender.
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
