Scope of Work:
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada at 32 Main Street, Kentville, Nova Scotia , B4N 1J5 has a requirement for a company to provide mechanical services such as installation, removal and repair of mechanical systems on a AS and When Requested basis.
Site Visit:
A Mandatory site visit will be held on September 9 at 10:00AM ADT, at 32 Main Street, Kentville, Nova Scotia , B4N 1J5. Offerors who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative AND THEIR BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-COMPLIANT. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on buyandsell.gc.ca.
A second Mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, September 24 at 10:00AM at the same location and under the same terms and conditions as the initial visit.
Tenderers who have already assisted the first site visit are not required to attend but can still be present.
Tender Period Closing Date and Time: October 14, 2015 at 02:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
AAFC will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.
Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below. Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
