Nature of Requirements:
Flooring & Carpentry Standing Offer, Yellowknife, NT
Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
requested by Public Works and Government Services Canada in the
form of call ups for Flooring and Carpentry work in Yellowknife,
NWT. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis.
It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing
offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3)
years. The total expenditures over the term is estimated at
$840,000.00 (GST/HST included). This procurement contains
MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

Aboriginal Benefits Evaluation
The Contractor has the ability to receive evaluation deductions
through the provision of Tlicho Land Claim Agreement involvement
in their proposal. A reduction of up to 10% may be applied to
the total assessed bid price base on the provision of proof that
your organization or service provided meets the criteria stated
in Aboriginal Benefits.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
