Onion Lake Cree Nation - Request for Proposal - RFP - Pre-Qualification Consulting Services - OLCN

OLCN invites the submission of Proposals from interested consultants for the provision of
all listed Engineering Consultant Services which cover a wide spectrum of both general and
specialized consultant services that will be required by OLCN over the next three (3) years.
Consultants who can deliver professional services for the following Engineering Services
with the retention of a sub-consultant for only maximum two (2) Engineering Servicing
categories (Appendix C) will be recognized as final prequalified consultants. In order to
save overall time for the deliverables and reduce costs to the consultants for submitting
multiple engineering proposals, it is intended for a maximum of five (5) consultants to be
prequalified for OLCN’s Engineering Services.
