The National Capital Commission (NCC) has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) General Service from experienced contractors to provide Operation and Maintenance of the Hog’s Back Swing Bridge (ITT reference number NR60). The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, be responsible for all operation and maintenance described in this contract including spring start-up and fall shut down, regular inspections and testing and emergency servicing.

To be considered, your Tender must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on September 5, 2013 at the National Capital Commission, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to ITT file #NR60. Proposals may be submitted in French or in English.

The NCC reserves the right to reject any or all of the Tenders submitted, to cancel the ITT, and/or to reissue the ITT in its original or revised form. The NCC also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful proponent and/or any or all suppliers.
The procurement process of this request for proposal is subject to Chapter 5 of the Agreement on International Trade.
Note that amounts quoted in this proposal are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net 30 days.
