In order to ensure a successful procurement for the provision of
Operations and Maintenance Services of the Rideau Falls Dam, in
Ottawa (On), Industry is being asked to participate in an
engagement process as the first step in this solicitation. The
engagement process includes an "Industry Engagement Session"
followed by one-on-one "Industry Meetings", followed by the
conventional Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Engagees will be given the opportunity to review the Request for
Proposal, Statement of Work and Evaluation Plan and work in
partnership with Canada to finalize solicitation documents.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
