This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Drumheller Institution, Prairie Region.

Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Registered Optometric Services to offenders.

Objectives: To provide Registered Optometric Services to offenders. Services to include refraction, recommendations for treatment and interventions. Project Authority may also request arrangement for prosthesis.

Deliverables: - Maintain accurate medical; records

  • Supplyt, fit replace and/or repair spectacle lenses, frames, and/or cases as specified

for offenders

Expected Delivery Date: April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 plus two one year option periods.
