Source List for Natural Resources Consultant ServicesVarious locations in Ontario
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various locations in Ontario.
The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum initial estimated value of $1,000,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods with an option to add up to an additional $500,000.00 at any time, resulting in a total possible maximum value of $1,500,000.00
Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $80,000; the maximum value of a commission is $200,000.
The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relates to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The two (2) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element will be invited to be included in the Source List.
This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
