Nature of Requirements:
Eggs
A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery
of Eggs as required by Correctional Services of Canada, located
in Alberta, Saskatchewan and / or Manitoba.
The Standing Offer (s) will be in effect from approximately
September 15, 2014 to September 14, 2015, divided into two (2),
six (6) month periods.
Requirements for each province (Alberta, Saskatchewan and
Manitoba) will be evaluated separately.
Note: all offers must be submitted for each period, as per the
schedule in Annex "B". All prices submitted are to remain firm
for the bid periods in Annex "B"
Up to three (3) standing offers may be issued (one for each
province).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement
(CPFTA) and the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA).
