Nature of Requirements:
TITLE: Kitchen Hand Tools & Utensils - Edmonton, Alberta
REQUIREMENT:
A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the Department of
National Defence, Edmonton Garrison for the supply, delivery and
off-loading of various kitchen type equipment and supplies to
locations within the Edmonton Garrison on an "as required"
basis.
The Standing Offer will be in effect for three years from date
of issue of the Standing Offer. All items must be approved for
sale in Canada, and be of a quality that can withstand constant,
repetitive use in a commercial kitchen.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
CONTRACTOR SELECTION:
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with
the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a
standing offer.
PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
It is anticipated that any Standing Offer will be effective for
three (3) years from date of standing offer issuance.
