Requirement:
Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
supply of all labour, tools, materials, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary for the supply and
delivery of Bulk Liquid Oxygen including the supply, delivery,
offloading, maintenance and removal of contractor-owned
stationary tanks, in accordance with the minimum performance
specifications indicated below to the Department of National
Defence (DND), 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta, on an "as
and when requested" basis and in accordance with the terms and
conditions contained herein. The period for the standing offer
will be three years from date of award.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
