Description of Work:
The objective of this request for proposals is to obtain 1 (one) technical resource to design and develop a shared stakeholder management system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The technical resource will be required to install and configure the Dynamics 365 server, design, build, test, and document the various workflows required to capture all stakeholder activities/relations. The technical resource will also be required to integrate/implement Treasury Board Secretariat’s Enterprise Grants and Contribution Solution platform within the system, which is also based on Dynamics 365.
Work will be completed on an “as and required basis” depending on available funding. Deliverables include, but are not limited to the following:
Technical analysis and reviews;
Technical standards and conventions;
Implementation strategies, guidelines and toolset;
Installation and configuration of MS Dynamics server;
Implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics solution components and apps including, but not limited to, .net plug-ins, java scripts;
Development work plans, estimates and schedules; and
Technical documents, presentations and other materials such as demos, as requested by the Project Authority.
-Bidders must propose one (1) resource.
-There is no contractor (No incumbent) doing the work right now.
