Government of Canada is moving its Government Electronic

1, 2013
Starting June 1, 2013, federal government tenders (tender
notices and bid solicitation documents) will be published and
available free of charge on a Government of Canada Web site on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

After June 1, 2013, all tenders and related documents and
amendments will be on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
On June 1, 2013, suppliers must go to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders

have been following on MERX prior to June 1.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free
Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement
(CPFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Bread & Rolls
REQUIREMENT:
Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of
Bread, Rolls & Bakery Products to Correctional Service of
Canada's (CSC) New Brunswick Institutions located in Dorchester
and Renous and Nova Institutions located in Springhill and Truro
on an "as and when" requested basis for the period from 01
August, 2013 to 31 July, 2014 inclusive.
MANDATORY CRITERIA:
Annex "A" - Statement of Work
Annex "B" - Basis of Payment - Pricing Sheets - «List of
Products»
Supplier MUST be compliant with the Statement of Work (SOW) at
Annex "A", the «List of Products» at Annex "B" and Conditions
of the Request for Standing Offer.
Please make note that the estimated quantities indicated on
Annex "B" are for evaluation purposes only! Quantities are
based on a 1 year period.
NOTE: The offeror MUST provide a price for EACH item and MUST
be able to supply 100% of the items on the attached «List of
Products» in Annex "B".
Supplier must deliver to all five (5) Institutions as follows:
Atlantic Instituion - Renous, NB
Dorchester Penitentiary - Dorchester, NB
Westmorland Institution - Dorchester, NB
Springhill Institution - Springhill, NS
Nova Institution - Truro, NS
BASIS OF SELECTION:
Only ONE (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate
bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting ALL mandatory
requirements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
