The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of bread andbakery products, on an "as and when requested" basis, for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton and Canadian Forces Station (CFS) Alert. Items destined for CFS Alert must be delivered to CFB Trenton for furtheranceby DND to CFS Alert.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement.
The period of the Standing Offer is from 17 July 2016 to 16 July 2017.
This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
