Pallet Racking
PROJECT SUMMARY:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for Pallet Racking.

This requirement is subject to the following Trade Agreements:

  • Agreement of Internal Trade – AIT
  • Canada – Chile Free Trade Agreement
  • Canada – Colombia Free Trade Agreement
  • Canada – Panama Free Trade Agreement
  • Canada – Peru Free Trade Agreement
  • North American Free Trade Agreement – NAFTA

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on June 4, 2014, at 10:00 am at 1320 Old Innes Road, Ottawa, Ontario. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 5 day(s) business days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The Responsive Bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.

Delivery and installation is requested 60 calendar days from the effective date of the Contract.
Delivery to be made to The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Ottawa, Ontario.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
