Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision upon request of Racking for Heavy Duty Storage as described in Annex «A».
The requirements are for the 202 Workshop Depot of theDepartment of National Defense (DND) in Montreal, Quebec
The resulting Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date that the SO is issued and will include a right for Canada to authorize an additionalperiod of one year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement
on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the NorthAmerican Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)as well as theFree Trade Agreement with Free Trade Agreement with Columbia, the Free Trade Agreement with Panama and the Free Trade Agreement with Peru.
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technicalcriteria and financial evaluationcriteria.
