INVITATION TO TENDER
London Fire Panel Upgrade, Phase 2

Sealed tenders for the project indicated above, addressed to the attention of the Contract Officer, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, will be accepted at the following address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below:

Scope of Work:

Work generally involves upgrading existing and installing new fire monitoring and annunciation devices in main building, and installing underground cable link from fire panels in outbuildings to panel in main building.

Site Visit:

A site visit will be held on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 10:00AM at the Southern Crop Protection and Food Research Centre located at 1391 Sandford, London, Ontario, N5V 4T3. Offerors who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on buyandsell.gc.ca.

Tender Period Closing Date and Time: June 15, 2015 at 02:00 pm (Eastern Daylight Time).

AAFC will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.
