Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) on an ?As and when Requested? basis, require the supply of various types and colors of insulated metal panels and delivery to the Chehalis Fish Hatchery, 16250 Morris Valley Road, Agassiz, BC Canada. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option of three 1 year extension periods.
DFO will then deploy the panels to various locations in British Columbia.
It is anticipated that DFO will purchase the following estimate quantities over the next 4 years:

Subject to operational needs and funding, it is estimated that DFO will spend up to $3,000,000.00 (taxes in) within the next 4 years.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
