The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 148 Trousers, FR, Special Duty, Air Services in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-389 dated 2022-01-31 and a firm quantity of 148 Shirt Blue, FR, Special Duty Air Services in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-305 dated 2022-01-31.The requirement also includes special stock quantities “as and when requested” (made-to-measure sizes) Trousers, FR, Special Duty, Air Services and Shirt Blue, FR, Special Duty, Air Services which can be ordered within 48 months of contract award.The Specifications can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).This requirement is limited to Canadian Goods (See CFTA, Article 503, paragraph 4).Basis of selection:A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. If the same bidder bids both the Shirt, Blue, FR, Special Duty and the Trousers, FR, Duty Air Services and achieves the lowest price for both, only 1 contract will be issued.
