Requirement
The intent of this request is to establish one Regional Master
Standing Offer by region for the supply and delivery of bond
office paper for use by various Federal Government Departments
and Agencies across Canada on an "as and when requested" basis
for a period of one (1) year with the right to extend for one
(1) year period under the same terms and conditions.
Two (2) separate solicitation documents are published on the
GETS for this requirement: one (1) solicitation document
E60PQ-15PAPR/A for general industry and one (1) under the
aboriginal set-aside program E60PQ-15PAPR/B. If Offerors are
eligible and choose to make an offer on both requirements they
must submit two (2) separate offer packages.
Offerors may submit an offer for one (1) or more of the
following region(s), excluding Comprehensive Land Claims
Settlement Areas:
1) Pacific Region
2) Western Region
3) Northern Ontario (Bilingual):
4) Southern and South Central (SSC) Ontario
5) Eastern Ontario and National Capital Area - NCA (Bilingual)
6) Québec Region (Bilingual)

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
