For the provision of 12 Civilian Freefall Parachutist
Instructors in support of the Canadian Forces Land Advanced
Warfare Centre (CFLAWC) Military Freefall Parachuting (MFP)
course, Session 58 to be held in Camp Santiago, Puerto Rico.
Period of Contract: 28 January 2013 to 05 February, 2013.
Suppliers will be responsible for all travel expenses to Puerto
Rico.
Meals will be provided by CFLAWC at a military dining facility.
Accommodations will be made available in barracks at Camp
Santiago. If barracks are unavailable accommodations will be at
a nearby hotel which Suppliers will directly pay for and invoice
separately on the invoice. All hotels must be in accordance
with Treasury Board Guidelines.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
