Buildings are located along East side of existing, paved, parking lot. There is two distinctive types of building, Comfort Stations (Building B and C)and Rental Structure (Building A). Services, water and power conduits, are extended to the area and in close proximity to the buildings. Both Comfort Stations (Building B and C) are very similar to each other but are differently oriented. All three buildings share same type of construction with minor differences due to size and function. Buildings are to serve only during the main season, extended into transitional seasons, protecting from wind and elements of inclement weather but are not intended to be used over winters and cold weather with temperatures below 0º C. Buildings are designed to be winterized (provision for heat is only to avoid damage to plumbing system during unexpected drops intemperature below zero).
