All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 12, 2024 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is the second phase (Phase 2) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase 2) invites the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
