This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the 2026 Surfaced Road Reconstruction Program (SRRP), as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The primary focus of the project is to strengthen the subgrade and surface reconstruction for Township Road 534 from Range Road 272 to 500m West of Range Road 271 including the intersection at Township Road 534 and Range Road 272.
Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 256,802 hectares (634,571 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta.
