This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) issued by Parkland County (the “County”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Card Lock and Bulk Fuel as further described in Appendix A – RFQ Particulars, for the Rates established in Schedule I – Rate Bid Form.
