Title : Mobile Loading Bridge

Description :
Overall, the requirement consists of the design, manufacturing,
testing, delivery and operating instructions of a mobile loading
bridge to the Port of Cap-aux-Meules, Magdalen Islands, Province
of Quebec.

The mobile loading bridge must :

be manufactured using only corrosion-proof materials,

have the a maximum weight of 6,000 kilograms,

have the following maximum dimensions:

Width : 3,660 mm*
Height : 4,500 mm*

*(overall measurements when fittings are in stop position
during movement of the mobile loading bridge on sites)

Lenght 6,000 mm

The design must take in consideration the wharfs width and
distances between mooring terminals platforms to ensure a safe
handling of the equipment

Delivery date : 2015-01-31

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on
