The Department of National Defence, 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba,
has a requirement to provide all labour, materials, tools,
equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the
complete layout, design, production and installation of various
signs on an "as and when" required basis, as detailed in the
Statement of Work. The period of the Standing Offer Agreement
(SOA) if from 01 May 2012 to 31 April 2014 inclusive, with
Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the SOA for
three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

procurement.
