Agriculture Agri-Food Canada has a requirement to purchase one (1) Hydraulic Powered Commercial Tree Spade Planter and ancillary items, including familiarization instruction/training in accordance with Statement of Requirements - Commercial Tree Planter Spade, dated 2015-11-06, to be delivered to Agriculture Agri-Food Canada, in Ottawa, Ontario
by March 31, 2016.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free
Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Ca
nada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation
process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid so
licitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
