The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase two (2) tracked excavators, and ancillary items, including training in accordance with the Purchase Description for Tracked Excavators, dated 2017-12-13, and as described at Annex A - Pricing.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to two (2) tracked excavators and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
