The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires construction services to upgrade interior security systems and renovate a secure area within an existing federal building located at 16935 North Klondike Highway, Pelly Crossing, Yukon, Y0B 1P0. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and reinstallation of plumbing systems, masonry modifications, electrical work, and all associated construction activities necessary to complete the renovation and security upgrades

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 40 weeks from the date of contract award.

Policy on Reciprocal Procurement:
This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers.

  • security requirements: RCMP ERS Clearance (for Architects, Design Team Leads, and Project Managers) and FA02 clearance, escort required (for Subcontractors (ie: construction)).
  • There will be a mandatory Phase Two site visit. The date, time and location for the Phase Two site visit will be identified during Phase Two

This procurement is subject to the CLCA.

Phase 2: lowest priced responsive bid
