Requirement
The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Trenton requires one (1) electric radial-arm drill with a box
table and a coolant system. The exact mandatory requirements are
detailed in Annex "A" of the solicitation document.
Delivery Date
All deliverables must be received on or before March 1, 2013.
Communications From Bidders
Bidders are requested to provide any questions, concerns and
required information, concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP),
by facsimile, mail or e-mail, if they so desire by no later than
2:00 p.m. November 24th, 2012. Please send any questions in
writing to the undersigned.
Debriefings
After issuance of a contract, bidders may request a debriefing
on the results of the request for proposal. Bidders should make
the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days
of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
