Nature of Requirements:
Minor Plumbing and Welding Services, Wainwright, AB

Requirement:
For the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary to carry out minor
plumbing and welding services, arc, acetylene and pressure "B"
projects, as well as pressure vessel inspection and/or repair in
various buildings on an "as and when requested" basis during a
three year period from date of Standing Offer issuance.

"IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention."

Debriefing:
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include
an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful,
making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality
of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
