agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

PWGSC has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual
Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, material
and equipment required to complete minor marine projects on
Small Craft Harbour Facilities in Southeast, New Brunswick
including harbours from Cape Tourmentine to Bay du Vin. All work
is to be completed on an "as and when required" basis in
accordance with the Specification forming part of the
Solicitation document.
The period of the of the Standing Offer will be from June 25,
2013 to June 24, 2015. A standing offer is an agreement and not
a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that
the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.
More then one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $250,001.00 - $500,000.00 (HST extra). Bid
security is not a requirement for this tender.
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from
