Minor Works - Small Craft Harbours, Southwest, New Brunswick

PWGSC has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual
Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, material
and equipment required to complete minor marine projects on
Small Craft Harbour Facilities in Southeast, New Brunswick
including harbours on the islands of Grand Manan, Deer Island
and Campobello. All work is to be completed on an "as and when
required" basis in accordance with the Specification forming
part of the Solicitation document.

The work will be performed on an as and when requested basis for
the period April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016. A standing offer is
an agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note that there
is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing
offer will be called-up. More than one Standing Offer may be
issued for this requirement.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $500,001 to $1 000,000 (HST extra). Bid security
is not a requirement for this tender.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and

attention.

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
