Work of this contract consists of the refurbishment of Air Handler 1 and 2 and replacement of Air handler 3 at the Bow Unit at the regional Psychiatric Centre in saskatoon, SK. This project also includes the replacement of the existing DX cooling system for Air handlers 1 and 2 with a hydronic Air-to-Water heat pump system and includes the replacement zone duct heating coils with 2-pipe hydronic coils.
Perform all works in accordance with CSC Saskatchewan Penitentiary Technical criteria requirements and Institutional requirements for contractors.
