Environment Canada has a requirement for a single particle soot
photometer. The instrument is intended to determine atmospheric
soot carbon particles on a single particle basis. It is
mandatory that the Bidder's proposed product comply with the
Specifications outlined in Annex A- Requirement.

All goods must be delivered by March 28, 2013.

Delivery Date: 28/03/2013

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
