The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the following Trade Agreement:
Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
