The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
items detailed below. The delivery is requested at: Canadian
Forces Supply Depots (CFSD) Montreal, Quebec and (CFSD)
Edmonton, Alberta by May 29, 2015.

This amendment is raised to change information in the RFP and to
provide questions with answers to potential bidders as follows:

1. Q & A:

Question 1: I sent a request to a vendor for item # 13, 16 & 17.
The vendor responded as follows: "I've looked into your request
above for the spicer parts, however these do not seem like valid
part #'s with their parts system. Can you please double check
these number, usually these part number follow this format
12345.678.90"

Answer 1: For NSN 2520-12-324-9914 and NSN 2520-12-342-3814, the
part number provided are specific to Spicer Gelenkwellenbau GmbH
(http://www.gwb-essen.de/) and should not be available or built
onto the data system of Spicer Canada or Spicer North America.

Question 2: Please provide a description/more information
regarding Packaging Requirement using Specification
D-LM-008-036/SF-000.

Financial Evaluation

Mandatory Financial Evaluation Criteria
The price of the bid must be in Canadian dollars, Delivered Duty
Paid at destination, Incoterms 2000, Canadian Custom Duties and
Excise Taxes included where applicable and Applicable Taxes
extra.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
