Requirement:
This requirement is to procure various spare parts for kitchen
tent equipment for the Department of National Defence, in
accordance with Design Data List # DDL-8486-140937.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
Technical Data
Technical Data is available on the document DDL-8486-140937
(upon request).
Technical Data will be issued, under separate cover, upon
request to the Contracting Authority. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request be done as soon as possible to
ensure timely receipt of the associated Technical Data.
Notwithstanding the above, Canada must not be held responsible
for untimely release of technical data.
In order to receive the Technical Data Package against this
solicitation, bidders must send a request by email to the
Contracting Authority to j••••••••@••••••••.••.ca and
provide the following details:
- Company Name
- Complete mailing & physical address (P.O. Box numbers not
acceptable)
- Area code and telephone number
- Contact name
- Controlled Goods Program* (CGP) registration number or written
proof of exemption or exclusion of the Bidder and of any other
person to whom the Bidder will give access to the controlled
goods.
*Please note that the Technical Data Package includes controlled
goods information or technology, therefore, the Bidder must be
registered, exempt or excluded under the Controlled Goods
Program (CGP) before receiving the information requested.
Delivery:
All firm deliverables are to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec
and Edmonton, Alberta and are requested complete no later than
April 14, 2015.
Enquiries:
To assure a response before the closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
