Requirement - The Contractor must supply and deliver new (not
reconditioned) airfield lighting parts and components on an "as
required basis" as listed in Annex "B", Basis of Payment for the
Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Trenton, Trenton,
Ontario for furtherance to CFS Alert, Nunavut Territory.
The intention is to issue one (1) standing offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA) AND Canada-Peru/FTA Canada-Colombia/FTA.
This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
