This Amendment 001 is raised to correct the packaging requirements at Para 6.14.1:
DELETE: The Contractor must package Item Number 1 in quantities of one (1) each by package.
INSERT: The Contractor must package Item Number 1 in quantities of Twenty (20) each by package.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT REMAIN THE SAME.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below. The delivery is requested at the depots named as soon as possible.

Quantity: 340, Unit of Issue: Each to be delivered to 25 CFSD Montreal.
From FCA Plant to 25 CFSD Montreal.
Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number, the NCAGE and name of manufacture they are offering. Should the bidders NCAGE be different, the bidder must provide proof they are authorized to manufacture or sell this part from the Original Equipment Manufacturer either a specification document or drawing.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
